Collection of Resources for Disability Inclusion - Guides
Barrier-Free Finance Initiative (BFFI), Cerise+SPTF and ADA have developed a set of resources to support the advancement of disability-inclusive finance. These materials were created with input from experts in both the disability and inclusive finance sectors to help financial institutions better serve persons with disabilities.
Despite making up an estimated 16% of the global population, persons with disabilities continue to face barriers in accessing financial services and economic opportunities. Strengthening inclusion therefore requires embedding accessibility and universal design into financial systems and practices, rather than treating it as a standalone initiative.
These resources provide practical guidance to support this shift and help mainstream disability inclusion within inclusive finance.
