Caso de estudio IDEPRO: un sistema integral de evaluación de impacto
Este caso detalla el camino de IDEPRO Desarrollo Empresarial (Bolivia) para desarrollar un sistema de evaluación de resultados e impacto. La experiencia de IDEPRO demuestra dos puntos críticos y relacionados. En primer lugar, la medición real de los resultados es esencial para determinar si una organización está logrando su misión social. En segundo lugar, el uso estratégico de los datos de resultados puede ayudar a una organización a avanzar en esa misión, al generar información valiosa en áreas como la gestión de riesgos, la retención de clientes y el diseño de productos. En última instancia, los buenos datos no solo miden los resultados, sino que ayudan a darles forma. La implementación de un sistema de monitoreo de resultados es una inversión cuyos beneficios, tanto para los clientes como para la institución, superan significativamente los costos.

El documento incluye un marco conceptual y aplicaciones prácticas del concepto de género en el sector MYPE. También destaca el contexto en que funcionan las organizaciones y las capacidades institucionales que nos permitirán la transversalización del género en una organización. Adicionalmente la Guía cuenta con instrucciones y herramientas para cada con una de las partes a manera de Anexos; son un total de 19 herramientas que contribuyen a operativizar y concretizar el enfoque en las instituciones.

Finance for All: A Practical Guide to Disability Inclusion for Financial Services Providers in Cambodia
This manual provides guidance for financial services providers to make their products and services accessible for all clients, including those with disabilities. It draws from Good Return's and Chamroeun Microfinance's experience implementing a project to provide responsible, inclusive microfinance for people with disabilities in Cambodia, as well as national and international standards and guidelines. While it provides some information specific to Cambodia, it is designed to be relevant to financial services providers in any country, at any stage on their disability inclusion journey.
The manual initially outlines the case for financial inclusion of people with disabilities, the barriers they face to access financial services, and the importance of an ecosystem approach to overcome these. It then provides specific guidance for implementations by financial services providers, including a three-step process for disability inclusion; considerations for inclusion at each stage of the customer lifecycle; and toolkits for physical accessibility, digital accessibility, inclusive communication and accessible information.
